It is so stressful to sell your house anytime, but I had to leave the area for a new job before I put my condo on the market. At first, I felt out of control, and I didn’t know how I would do it without being there, but Gail took control and treated the sale as if she was selling her own home. I could not be more impressed or satisfied with her attentiveness and professionalism, to say nothing of her knowledge and assertiveness. Every communication was acknowledged immediately. I was always fully advised if her response required more time and effort. I have bought and sold several properties, which are rare in realtors. Gail’s customer service was what it should be. I felt that I was her most important client, and she was very busy with others. The buyer’s real estate agent was sloppy with the forms, and Gail caught all his mistakes. She always knew all the answers, but she would consult with other staff at Better Homes and Gardens to review all the possibilities. Midway through the process, I did not think of the sale because I was so confident of Gail’s ability to handle it without me! I don’t know what I would have done without her because, when I started a new job, I couldn’t let what was happening miles away affect my performance. There was NO COMPARISON! Gail was so impressive, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Her professionalism is "masterful" when using your term. Her responses were immediate.
